Trusteeship

"Trustee" - custodian and fiduciary. All trusteeship work is undertaken on a fixed fee basis, like a non-executive director (NED).

Assistance may be required in the following circumstances:

To act as an independent chair of trustees
To provide comfort to the sponsoring company
To link various schemes of an employer
To provide experienced investment manager scrutiny
To chair investment sub committees, post Myners
To counter increasing costs and vested interests
To maintain or increase member confidence
To directly assist in a special situation such as transfer or wind down/up.
